Opus Trailer Tent Appointment Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment to view or discuss an Opus Trailer Tent, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointment Bookings

Appointments are available for customers who would like a dedicated time to view, discuss or receive information about an Opus Trailer Tent.

Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

We recommend arriving on time to make the most of your appointment slot.

2. Appointment Duration

Each appointment is allocated a specific time slot.

While we will always do our best to accommodate customers fully, appointments may be limited in duration depending on availability and demand.

If you require extra time or a more in-depth consultation, please let us know in advance where possible.

3. Cancellations by Customer

If you can no longer attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

  • More than 24 hours’ notice – appointments may be cancelled or rearranged without issue.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice – we reserve the right to prioritise future bookings around availability.
  • No-shows – failure to attend without notice may affect the ability to book future appointment slots during busy periods.

This helps us make appointment spaces available to other customers.

4. Rearranging Appointments

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to offer an alternative date and time, subject to availability.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining booked time.

However, if you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disruption to other bookings.

6. Cancellations by PJ Outdoors

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or rearrange an appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Staff availability
  • Product availability
  • Display changes
  • Unforeseen operational issues

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment.

We will not be liable for any travel, accommodation or related costs incurred in relation to a cancelled or rearranged appointment.

7. Product Availability

Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a specific Opus Trailer Tent model, accessory or configuration will be available for immediate purchase, viewing or collection on the day.

While we will always aim to present the relevant products discussed at the time of booking, availability may vary.

If you are travelling specifically to view a particular model or feature, we strongly recommend contacting us in advance to confirm availability.

8. Children & Visitors

Customers are welcome to attend with family members or guests.

However, children must be supervised at all times while on site, particularly around display units, vehicles, moving parts and outdoor equipment.

PJ Outdoors accepts no responsibility for injury or damage resulting from unsupervised use of display products or surrounding areas.

9. Health & Safety

For safety reasons, customers must follow any instructions given by our team during the appointment, especially when viewing, entering or handling display trailer tents and related equipment.

We reserve the right to refuse or end an appointment if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.

10. Photography & Media

Photography and video may be permitted for personal reference, unless otherwise advised.

PJ Outdoors reserves the right to restrict photography or filming of certain displays, products or areas where necessary.

If photography or video content is being captured by PJ Outdoors for promotional purposes, customers will be informed where appropriate.

11. Deposits & Purchases

Booking an appointment does not place any obligation on the customer to make a purchase.

Likewise, attending an appointment does not reserve stock, pricing, promotional offers or delivery slots unless confirmed separately in writing.

Any purchases, deposits or orders made following the appointment will be subject to PJ Outdoors’ standard sales terms and conditions.

12. Liability

PJ Outdoors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from an appointment booking, cancellation, delay or product discussion.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
